  • Psychologists, mental health professionals, and legal professionals associated with the Platform

  • Third-party service providers who process information on behalf of the Company

Use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of this Policy and any future modifications.

2. Information Collected

We may collect:

  • Personal information (name, email, phone number, age, location)

  • Appointment and booking details

  • Sensitive personal data disclosed during counselling or conflict-resolution sessions

  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and access logs

Information is collected only to the extent necessary to provide services.

3. Consent

By using the Platform, you expressly consent to:

  • Collection, storage, and processing of your personal and sensitive information

  • Communication via email, phone, SMS, or electronic means for service-related purposes

If you do not wish to provide required information, you may not use the Platform or avail services.

4. Session Records and Confidentiality

  • The Platform does not record audio or video sessions by default.

  • Professionals may maintain session notes as part of standard professional practice.

  • Any audio or video recording, if at all undertaken, shall require explicit and informed consent of the Client.

Confidentiality is a core principle. However, information may be disclosed where:

  • Required by law or court order

  • There is a credible risk of serious harm

  • Mandatory reporting obligations apply

Absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in such circumstances.

5. Use and Disclosure of Information

Information may be used to:

  • Facilitate bookings and services

  • Maintain electronic records

  • Improve service quality

  • Comply with legal and regulatory requirements

  • Prevent fraud or misuse

  • Protect the safety and rights of users and the Company

Information may be shared with:

  • Professionals providing services

  • Third-party vendors (such as hosting, payment, or communication service providers) under confidentiality obligations

  • Government or legal authorities when required by law

We do not sell or rent personal data.

6. Third-Party Platforms and Tools

The Platform may rely on third-party services including, but not limited to:

  • Website hosting services (e.g., Wix)

  • Video communication tools (e.g., Google Meet)

  • Payment gateways and email service providers

The Company is not responsible for the privacy practices, security failures, or technical issues of such third-party platforms. Users are encouraged to review the respective privacy policies of these services.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable security practices to protect information, including:

  • SSL encryption

  • Access controls

  • Secure server infrastructure

While we take best efforts to safeguard data, no electronic system is completely secure. The Company does not guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Requests may be addressed to the Grievance Officer.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of India, and courts at [Hyderabad, Telangana] shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
