1. Session Validity

  • Sessions purchased must be used within the allotted number of weeks from the date of purchase or first scheduled session, as communicated at the time of booking.

  • Unused sessions beyond the validity period shall expire automatically and shall not be carried forward.

2. Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients may reschedule a session with prior intimation through the Platform or designated communication channels.

  • Rescheduling requests must be made within the minimum notice period communicated at the time of booking.

  • Rescheduling is subject to professional availability and the overall validity period of the package.

3. No-Show Policy

  • A “no-show” is defined as failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice.

  • A no-show shall be treated as a used session.

  • Missed sessions due to no-show cannot be rescheduled, replaced, or refunded.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

  • No refunds shall be provided once a session or package is booked.

  • Cancellation of sessions does not entitle the Client to a refund.

  • Rescheduling is the only accommodation permitted, subject to the terms of this Policy.

5. Platform or Professional-Initiated Changes

  • If a session is cancelled or rescheduled by the Platform or the Professional due to unforeseen circumstances, the Client shall be offered:

    • A rescheduled session, or

    • An alternative professional, where feasible

No monetary refunds shall be issued in such cases unless required by applicable law.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

  • Any exception to this Policy shall be at the sole discretion of the Platform and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  • Granting an exception once does not create a precedent or obligation for future cases.

7. Consumer Protection Disclaimer

This Policy is framed in compliance with applicable Indian consumer protection laws. Nothing herein shall limit rights that cannot be waived under law; however, the Client acknowledges that counselling and conflict-resolution services are time-bound professional services and are non-refundable once booked.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India, and courts at [Hyderabad, Telangana] shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
